Thai inflation continues to decline for 3 months

NESDB reveals Thai inflation in June 2015 decreased by 0.25% for 3 consecutive months due to lower oil and fresh food prices. It is expected that Q3 will be similar to Q2. It confirms that it has not yet reached deflation. The whole year, inflation is expected to be between 0.0 - 1.0% (mid-range 0.5%).
Today (7 July 2025), Mr. Poonpong Naiyanapakorn, Director of the Office of Trade Policy and Strategy (OTPS), Spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, revealed that the general consumer price index of Thailand in June 2025 was 100.42, compared to June 2024, which was 100.67, resulting in a general inflation rate decrease of 0.25%. The main factor was the decrease in the prices of energy products, such as fuel and electricity, along with the prices of many fresh food products, especially chicken eggs, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, which decreased quite a bit. สล็อตเว็บตรง
